2020 WeatherEye Syrah V.2
The goal with each unique version is to illuminate the spectrum of complex flavors and aromatics that are possible from one incredible block of Syrah. We seek the truest expression of Block 9 Syrah.
Version Two was picked (two weeks later than our Version One), destemmed, and aged in large neutral barrels. This wine offers up an abundance of black olives, truffles, black pepper, ripe plums and blackberries. Darker and more voluptuous than Version One. Bottled in March, and ready to drink now ~ 2031+
