THE PLACE
Phinny Hill sits in the Horse Heaven Hills, where long-established Cabernet Sauvignon vines combine aromatic lift with natural structure. The fruit carries depth without excess, with red-toned fruit, floral detail and a firm mineral line. The site favors proportion, persistence and a quiet intensity that reveals itself gradually.
TASTING NOTES
Red currant and black cherry lead, joined by violet, graphite and subtle cedar. The palate is silky but structured, with fine-grained tannins and persistent freshness carrying the wine as it gains depth and breadth. The wine builds gradually toward a long, precise finish, its power coming through tension, proportion and length.

IN YOUR GLASS
Give it some air and a proper meal. Young, it shows freshness, graphite and structure. With time, the fruit broadens and the wine becomes increasingly layered and composed.
